Privacy notice
Last updated: September 22, 2026
This notice describes the Ringside pilot website, business portal, application form, and Ree’s guided chat.
Information you choose to provide
When you apply or create an account, we collect the business and contact details you submit, such as your name, company name, email address, industry, and service area. Optional profile fields may include a business phone number, services, hours, handoff instructions, and pilot goals. Please provide only details you are authorized to share. Do not include customer records, payment details, passwords for other services, or sensitive personal information.
Accounts and private company profiles
Your account has its own company profile. The portal uses authenticated sessions to provide access to that profile; it is not a public directory. Ringside can access stored records to review applications, support accounts, and administer the pilot. Account emails are not automatically verified as proof of identity or company ownership.
Passwords and recovery keys are stored as hashes, rather than the original values. Keep your recovery key private. An account activity history records actions and their times to help with account review.
Why we use the information
We use submitted information to review your interest, maintain your profile, communicate about your application or participation, provide account functions, and operate and protect the website. Application contact consent does not subscribe you to marketing. Creating an account does not connect Ringside to your phone, messages, email inbox, calendar, payment accounts, or other private services.
Where submitted information goes
Applications and profiles are submitted to this website’s server on Hostinger. Private records are stored outside the publicly served website folder. The hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver the service. This pilot does not send automatic applicant emails or verify email ownership; the on-screen receipt confirms a server save.
Session cookies and website protection
The portal and application form use session cookies for security, sign-in, and request validation. Anti-abuse records use hashed network identifiers and attempt times to help limit repeated requests. Hosting systems may keep technical access and error logs. The website does not use these protections to subscribe you to advertising.
Ree’s guided chat
Ree uses curated guidance in your browser. There is no external AI model receiving chat messages. The conversation remains in the current page’s memory and is not automatically submitted with your application or saved in your company profile. You can explicitly choose to use profile details with Ree, and you can choose to copy or download a transcript. Downloaded files and copied text are under your control; review them before sharing.
Ree cannot read your device’s private messages, contacts, phone calls, or private accounts. Closing or reloading the page clears the current chat; signing out removes profile context from Ree on that page.
Optional external services
The business survey opens separately in Google Forms and is optional. Google Fonts supplies the website’s fonts. Requests to those services may send technical information such as a network address, and those providers have their own privacy practices. The survey is not required to create a business profile or apply for the pilot.
Keeping, correcting, and deleting information
We keep information for reviewing interest, administering participation, handling follow-up, and protecting accounts. Update editable business details in your profile. You can contact Ringside to request access, correction, or deletion of submitted information and ask about retention. Include your business account email or application reference; never send your password or recovery key. Some records may need to be retained for required business records or account security.
